GENERAL INFORMATION
CAREER CHOICES
Prior to registration, prospective learners are given reliable advice regarding choice of programme, career paths and employment opportunities. Individual or group career counseling is available.
ADDITIONAL FEES
R150.00 registration fee (non refundable).
R50.00 for replacement of lost registration cards.
Catering Management learners have to purchase uniforms for kitchen practicals.
Beauty Technology learners have to purchase uniforms and kits for practicals.
Payment for field trips and excursions.
R100.00 per subject for supplementary examinations.
R150.00 remark fee per subject.
R50.00 Scanning fee.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
All learners have to meet the admission requirements for the learning programme they are registering for. The requirements are clearly stated for each programme.
ORIENTATION PROGRAMME
This programme allows learners to gain knowledge on various aspects of the institute, which enhances their academic and personal development.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
This process enables people of all ages and backgrounds to receive formal recognition for work experience, skills and knowledge they already possess. (i.e. people who have no formal qualifications but have work experience).

ACCESS TO FACILITIES ON CAMPUS
Only learners that have paid their deposit in full for the current academic year 2005 will be allowed to commence lectures. Students will be issued with registration cards to be allowed access to facilities on campus. This card has to be kept on the learners person at all times while on campus.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
A registration form has to be completed and signed (has to be signed by parents/guardians of learners under the age of 21 years) and submitted together with a R150.00 registration fee.
TIME TABLES
Timetables will be issued on commencement of the learning programmes.
ATTACH COPIES
Matric Certificate or last Secondary school report/equivalent.
Identity document/Birth certificate.
Two identity photographs
CHANGE OF LEARNING PROGRAMME
Learners who choose to change learning programmes, are allowed to do so, a fee of R200.00 will be charged for this change over.
Change overs are not allowed after one week of the programme commencing.
LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION
The language of instruction at DCC Campus is English.
BURSARY LEARNERS
Learners sponsored by companies are required to produce a letter from the company stating the amount and date payment will be issued to DCC Campus.
TUITION FEES
Tuition fees vary for learning programmes. The fee structure indicates the amounts payable by learners for the academic year 2005. Tuition fees can be paid in cash or via bank deposit (when making a bank deposit, ensure that the deposit slip is either faxed or hand delivered to the accounts department). Fees may either be a once off cash payment or an initial deposit and eleven monthly installments.
STUDENT COUNSELING SERVICES
This service is available to all learners and is provided by the institution and is provided by the institutions psychologist who is registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa.
